About Laurie Kammermann:

3I have been on staff since 1994 and feel blessed to be a part of the ministry team. My passion is to praise, worship and serve Christ with music and to encourage others to grow on their spiritual journey. It has been a joy to see the music ministries at St. Andrew’s expand over the years. Although there have been many changes the Biblical message and teaching remain constant.
I began studying piano at the age of 6 and added other instruments along the way including clarinet, handbells, handchimes, keyboard and organ. I completed my Bachelor of Arts in church music at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Illinois. While I was at Moody I met my wonderful husband. I was glad that he was willing to follow me back to Canada and we now have 4 children who bring us much joy. My husband, Ron, is pastoring at the Congregational Christian Church of Moncton.  Our family enjoys camping in the summer months and going to visit grandma in Illinois.
I am looking forward to what God has planned for St. Andrew’s and the music ministries here. I am excited to help those within the congregation who have gifts in music and the arts to find a place of service within our church. I enjoy using music and visual arts to enhance and support the Biblical teaching of our pastor.
